Where does this stuff come from?

Pallets of customer returns and overstock. Every item gets checked, tagged with the lot it came in on, and given a condition note before it's listed.

    Is everything really half off?

Buy-now prices start around 50% of the retail price shown on each listing. Items with damage or missing parts are priced lower, and the listing says why.

How does the Saturday auction work?

Bidding opens at 10 AM. Lots close one after another. If someone bids in a lot's last 2 minutes, that lot gets 2 more, so the highest bidder wins, not the fastest clicker. You can also leave a max bid and we'll bid for you, one step at a time. Nobody sees your max. The auction ends when the last lot closes.

    What condition are items in?

Every item gets a grade (New, Like new, Open box, Used or For parts), plus three quick checks: tested or untested, all parts or missing parts, and the state of the box. Anything off gets called out, like "missing one side brush" or "box crushed, item untouched".

How do I pay and pick up?

Everything you buy or win goes on one invoice in My Flipper. Pay online, pick a 30-minute pickup slot (Monday to Wednesday for auction wins), and show your QR code at the counter. Payment methods + how long we hold items

    Can I return something?

If something isn't as described, report it from My Flipper within 48 hours of pickup, with photos, and we'll make it right. Full return policy (common for liquidation: all sales final, inspect at pickup)

    Is there a buyer's premium?

Auction wins get a 10% buyer's premium, then 8.25% Bakersfield sales tax on top. You see the full total before you confirm any bid. Buy-now prices have no premium, just tax.
